Professional Development and Coaching Packages
These are the standard packages that I offer. I can also customize a package just for you and your school.

THE BOULDER
Year-long Professional Development
Four 90-minute workshops or two 3-hour (individualized and developed based on collaboration with school admin and driven by mission-based goals)Three hours of coaching per month (can be either virtual, in-person, or a combination of both)*the coaching can be either team-based on 1:1 leadership coaching.

THE STONE
Leadership and/or Teacher Coaching
25 hours of 1:1 coaching for the academic year. Coaching schedule determined by the school leader and/or teacher leader. Primarily virtual coaching with up to 5 in-person visits.

Individual Professional Development Strands
One 3-hour workshop (individualized and developed based on collaboration with school admin and driven by mission-based goals).This includes both a pre-PD meeting and a post-PD debrief and next-steps planning process.
